Onlays/Overlays: The most favorite procedure for Dr Lyuda. We take pride when we can conserve as much tooth structure as possible when most would recommend a crown. When a restoration becomes wide or cusp(s) is/are missing, but the contour of the tooth is still intact, giving the tooth its most strength, onlay is the ideal restoration. It preserves the strength, yet protects what’s weak, only replacing what has been damaged.
